The sum is greater than the Parts.

So, it turns out that no matter what you eat a healthy food or meal will have parts that add up to something so much greater than the nutrients, calories, or ingredients. That is great and now a part of my mindful eating plan to say grace for what is on the plate and find an inward smile for the activity. I have found it so stressful, even if I prepared the food, to appreciate the act of eating it and what the meal means to my life and well being.
