My Latest Adventure
So, I've gotten ill and one of the most important things for me to do is lose lots of fat because it is very obese fat. I decided to keep a food journal and I've already learned some great things like the number of calories going for a simple walk can add to you efforts to lose wait as well as the importance of considering both the calories and the grams of fat in my food choices. I read about weight loss successes from using blogging on a Women's Day page and I think it might be another great way to consider the bigger picture apart from my daily food journal.
